Tivo Saves the Day

Since becoming parents, our schedules have changed dramatically – evenings that used to be filled with dinner, a glass of wine and unwinding in front of the TV are now filled with playtime, baths and books.  While I wouldn’t trade that precious evening time with my son, I do miss keeping up on my favorite shows.  Enter Tivo, the digital video recorder that allows me to catch up (and miss the commercials!) in the shows I love.  The Season Pass feature takes all the guesswork out of recording – it automatically records every showing of any program.

Spring for the Tivo box with two tuners – that allows you to record a program and watch a different channel on live TV at the same time, or to record two programs at once.   Definitely worth it if you and your husband have different tastes like we do!
